What is Zomorod ?

a tech startup, wanted to create a platform that connects users with a variety of local restaurants offering delivery services. The goal was to provide a seamless food ordering experience while promoting local businesses

Challenge

The challenge was to design app that would cater to a diverse user base with different food , grocery , pharmacy and electronics preferences and dietary restrictions. The app needed to be intuitive, fast, and reliable, with a focus on showcasing the variety of local restaurants and their menus.

Solution

We started by conducting user research to understand the needs and preferences of potential app users. We created user personas and empathy maps to guide our design process. We then developed a simple, clean design easy navigation and high-quality images of the restaurants and their dishes. We also included like location-based restaurant suggestions, personalized recommendations, easy payment options, and real-time order tracking.

Outcome

The app was well-received by the users, leading to an increase in orders for local restaurants. The client was satisfied with the results, and the app continues to receive positive reviews for its ease of use and functionality.
