Ikea MENA is a project in my portfolio that involved conducting a SWOT analysis and developing strategies for the company's social media profiles.

During the project, I analyzed Ikea MENA's social media profiles to determine their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). This analysis revealed that the company had a strong online presence and a loyal following, but there were also opportunities for improvement, such as increasing engagement with customers and expanding the reach of their social media content.

To address these opportunities, I developed several strategies for Ikea MENA's social media profiles. One of the strategies was to improve the quality and frequency of their social media content to increase engagement and ultimately drive more traffic to their website. Another strategy was to leverage user-generated content to showcase the company's products in real-life settings and increase brand awareness.

Overall, the project was successful in identifying areas for improvement in Ikea MENA's social media profiles and developing effective strategies to address them.
