Project Summary:

our website facilitates doctor-patient communication for weight management goals. It provides personalized diet plans, communication channels, and progress tracking to help patients Gain or Lose weight or Muscle Building.

Description for the site and you can register as a patient or as a doctor

Login page and when he forgets password,he can reset it

Doctor:

Profile:

▫ Show doctor / Update doctor information /Change Password

Dashboard:

▫ Show all plans / Add plan / Update / Delete specific plan

▫ Show all patients follow-up information that subscribed with him

▫ Show all patients custom plans with all days and all meals

▫ show all requests from all patients that wanted to subscribe with him in a specific plan and he can accept or reject

▫ show all patient's notes (as a notification) on a specific day and write a reply note to a specific patient
