Twitter Followers Advanced Algorithm Project

Using a comma-separated file representing some Twitter users and the users they follow, I create a program that stores this data in a suitable data structure that enables your program to retrieve the top influencer with the highest number of followers when needed, followed by the next top influencer, and so on.
