•Diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems.

•Troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing and solving

hardware/software faults.

•Answers customer’s inquiries & fulfills their technical requirements regarding offered services in a timely manner.

•Receiving incoming calls and providing clients with technical solutions for problems.

•Responsible for wired and Wireless router configuration and troubleshooting

•Performing Active Directory Health Check.
