Electronic health Record (EHR)

EHR is an online website where a patient can check his health record and personal information and the medicines he has taken, the doctor can check the patients record and add a diagnosis to the record and a medicine that must be taken, the pharmacist can check what medicine the patient must take and mark it as taken, and the admin which adds a patient pharmacist doctor and another admin.

the website also contains the list of the official pharmacies and a link to their location.

each user logs in using their id and password into their own interface.

this website creates a relation between all of the doctor patient and pharmacist.
