During my tenure in a Shopify store, I successfully handled customer and distributor interactions, which have honed my customer support skills. I am confident that my expertise will be valuable in the following tasks:

1. Creating and maintaining Excel and Google Sheets files containing monthly product discounts

2. Writing and sending emails to customers, wholesalers, and distributors using OMNISEND

3. Writing and sending WhatsApp messages to wholesalers and distributors
