The main goal of the food delivery application is to facilitate the food delivery to customers in the minimum possible time, which saves time and increases the convenience of the customer and makes it easier for the customer to choose his order through the application

When a customer submits a food order through the phone application, the order and the person’s location will be stored.

The customer can see the estimated time and the remaining time for the driver to arrive and see the order across the map also they can modify the food, such as the number of meals, the size of the meals, or the request description and a meal according to tastes.

Also, the customer can directly communicate with customer service to complain or provide notes about the request.

Employees and drivers can see customer order details and location by following the map on till arriving home.

After the customer receives his order, the app will allow him to rate the meal and write a comment so that the staff can improve the food and work quality

The customer can also ask the employees to add a new meal via the application
