Ronaldo R9, also known as Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima, is a retired Brazilian professional footballer widely regarded as one of the greatest players of all time. He was born on September 18, 1976, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Ronaldo began his professional career at the age of 16 with Cruzeiro in Brazil, where he quickly became known for his speed, power, and technical ability on the ball. He soon caught the attention of European clubs, and in 1994 he signed with Dutch club PSV Eindhoven.
