The project is a mass of multi-story residential building

Description architect:

The building consists of basement, ground floor and 14 typical floors, the basement & ground are used as a car Parking.

Structural description:

We use two way ripped slab at roof (Slab Dimensions 7.3x8.4).

Solid Slab at basement & stair slab.

One way ripped slab at typical floor (most slabs dimensions around 4.5x5.5

We choose the type of foundation as Mat.

Computer programs used:

For drawing (AutoCAD2019).

Forthe analysis and design of the ribs and beams (JWD Beam).

In the analysis and seismic design (ETABS) & for mat foundation (SAFE).
