This project presents a simulation of a MIMO 2x2 wireless communication system using MATLAB. The system uses two transmit and two receive antennas to transmit a random QAM-modulated signal through a Rayleigh fading channel with two paths. The received signal is corrupted by additive white Gaussian noise
and an LMMSE equalizer is applied to mitigate the effects of the channel. The simulation calculates the symbol error rate and bit error rate of the system and plots the transmitted and received signals.
