Reports can be generated based on the fingerprint data, including attendance reports, overtime reports, and leave reports. The system also features an auto-deduction feature based on employee tardiness or absence, which can be configured to comply with the company's HR policies.

The system is designed to improve HR efficiency by automating attendance and punctuality tracking, eliminating the need for manual input and reducing errors. Additionally, the system provides valuable data insights that can help management identify trends and make informed decisions regarding employee productivity and attendance.
