HR Manager

Industry: Hospital and Healthcare (medical equipment)
-Creates long-term goals that address feedback from stakeholders identifying opportunities for HR functions improvement
-Aligns HR’s strategy and activities with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and strategy.
-Develop, recommend, and implement overall workflows, initiatives, tactics, policies, and procedures across the organization aligned with the overall business strategy.
-Developing, managing, and regularly monitoring the performance appraisal system and ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization objectives.
-Coordinates with CEO to create strategies (e.g., succession planning, leadership development, training programs and team building) that address the organization’s leadership needs and mission.
-Analyse data on the value of the HR initiatives and report it to management in order to provide decision support through HR metrics and reports.
-Manages the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings and maintain a smooth onboarding process.
-Analyse trends in compensation, wages, and benefits program; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
-Identifying workforce competencies gaps as well assessing and revising job descriptions and the organization hierarchy to align with the grading system.
-Craft the long-term vision for employee engagement strategies and demonstrate enthusiastic implantation.
-Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook, human resources department records and reports.
-Pro-actively lead and manage all first line employee relations cases, disciplinary meetings, corrective actions, and investigations ensuring managers are offered practical advice and guidance in line with current company policy & legislation.
-Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs effectiveness.
-Leading and coaching the Human Resources team.
