GetJob "Job Finder App"

The job finder mobile application is a platform that helps users search and apply for jobs in various industries. The app aims to provide an intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes it easy for users to search for jobs, apply for them, and keep track of their job applications.

User's Problems

Before starting the design process, we conducted user research to identify the pain points and challenges that users face when looking for jobs using mobile applications. The key problems we identified are:

- Difficulty finding relevant jobs due to generic job listings (lack of customization)

- Time-consuming, detailed job application forms leading to user drop-off (complexity)

- Frustration caused by cluttered interface and difficult navigation (poor user experience)

Key Findings:

- Customization: Personalized job recommendations based on user skills, qualifications, and interests.

- Simplified Application Process: Fewer application steps, intuitive forms, and seamless apply process.

- Streamlined User Experience: Clean interface, search bar, filters, and sorting options for easy navigation.
