تطبيق يُسهِّل لك الوصول إلى عقارك في السعودية سواء بيع أو تأجير او إدارة

التطبيق عبارة عن ثلاث أقسام:

١ قسم عروض من المالك مباشر هذه بدون سعي

٢ قسم الوسطاء العقاريون (مكاتب او مسوقين)كل له صفحة خاصة ويوجد بها عروضه

٣ قسم إدارة أملاك: يرتب لك عقاراتك ويقوم بإرسال رسائل ذاتية تذكيرية للمستأجرين بوجوب السداد

مميزات التطبيق:

_ صفحة خاصة لكل مكتب عقاري او مسوق يوجد بها عروضه وخريطة خاصه فيه

-كل معلن له كود خاص فيه يسهل عليه نشره في وسائل التواصل

-العروض تكون جديدة و محدثة وغير مكررة

-يوجد أرشيف خاص لكل معلن يوجد فيه عروضه السابقة وإمكان الرجوع لها

-سهولة التواصل مع المعلن سواء بالاتصال او الواتس

-سهولة البحث عن عقارك

- سهولة إضافة الإعلان و بسلاسة.

-إدارة الأملاك يقوم بإرسال رسائل ذاتية وتذكيرية للمستأجرين على حسب نوع الدفع شهري او ربع سنوي او نصف سنوي .

3 Property Management Department: It arranges your properties for you and sends reminders to tenants that they must pay

_ A special page for each real estate office or marketer that has its own offers and a map

-Every advertiser has his own code that makes it easy for him to publish it on social media

-Offers are new, updated and not duplicated

-There is a special archive for each advertiser that contains his previous offers and the possibility of referring to them

-Ease of communicating with the advertiser, whether by phone or WhatsApp

-Ease of searching for your property

- Easy and smooth addition of advertisement.

-Property management sends personal and reminder messages to tenants according to the type of monthly, quarterly or semi-annual payment
