We delivered a request for making a 6 POC for an organic campaign to a new project in Ain Sokhna, Red Sea called Bella Romance Sokhna developed by Manara Development for Real Estate
After studying and doing our research on the field, we decided to use the Brand Awareness objective and start with an informative dialogue, by introducing the project area & location and how far it is from the area's landmark.
Then starting with the project's masterpiece and USPs, then presenting the facilities and amenities that Bella Romance is delivering.
Finally, we discussed the project layout and what is offered from a fully finished unit and design.
We used adequate hashtags suitable for the platforms that would be used: IG, and FB with a short and direct CTA and chose the design format and text on design "copy".
