The design idea of the project is inspired by a group of triangles that are interconnected

with each other to form blocks and repetition in the design. These triangles are reshaped and by merging several triangles until reaching the designer’s shape.

Each triangle describes a specific activity (a triangle for administrative activity, a commercial triangle, a residential triangle) The idea has developed Modular

design to include more than one triangle.

Points of excellence and uniqueness of the project:

- Work of patios to work on ventilation, natural lighting, and an aesthetic shape of the mass

- Making gradations in treating the levels and exploiting them as a plaza, places to sit and umbrellas to cover from the sun’s rays

Making corridors between the 0 to the -3 level to facilitate movement between the blocks

The use of heat-insulating glass to reduce energy consumption.

The use of mobile breakers controlled by a sensor that can be opened and closed to introduce

the appropriate and required lighting for the user on the facades to reduce the temperature from the sun's rays.
