تستلم FIGURE جدول الكميات والمواصفات الفنية من جهة الاستشارى للمشروع وعمل اعتمادات للمواد والخامات والموردين المعتمدين في قائمة موردين الاستشارى(VENDOR LIST) وعمل مقارنة لكتالوجات الموردين والخامات ومدى مطابقتها بالمواصفات الفنية للاستشارى (compliance sheet) وعمل الورقيات والاعتمادات (MAR) طلب اعتماد مواد لكل بنود المشروع وتقوم FIGURE بتسليم العميل في نهاية هذه المرحلة :-
1-اعتماد جميع خامات ومواد البنود المدرجة في المقايسة والمتفق عليها من الاستشارى MAR واعتمادها ب CODE B ويكون قادر العميل من خلالها على التواصل مع الموردين وعمل تسعير مبدئى للكميات الموجودة في حصر الاستشارى او الحصر الفعلى بغد عمل الرسومات التنفيذية إن وجدت .

تستلم FIGURE الرسومات التصميمية من جهة الاستشارى وجداول الكميات والمواصفات الفنية المرفقة وعمل دراسة فنية للمشروع والمواصفات وعمل نمذجة ثلاثية الابعاد 3D MODEL للرسومات ببرنامج الريفت REVIT لكل الاقسام الموجودة بالمشروع وعمل تناسق COORDINATION بين الاقسام وتلاشي التداخل وايجاد الحلول لها قبل التنفيذ وعرض النمذجة على الاستشارى للاعتماد المبدئى للمسارات وبعد الموافقة من جهة الاستشارى يتم تصدير اللوحات التنفيذية FULLY COORDINATED SHOPDRAWING لكل الاقسام واستخراج حصر BOQ مطابق للرسومات التنفيذية وللمسارات المعتمدة وتقوم FIGURE بتسليم العميل في نهاية هذه المرحلة :-
1-رسومات تنفيذية معتمدة من الاستشارى CODE B
2-حصر للكميات الفعلية بناءا على الرسومات التنفيذية يكون قادر العميل من خلالها ارسالها للموردين والمقاولين الباطن للتسعير بدقة لمودرين الخامات ومقاولين التنفيذ .

تستلم FIGURE جميع الاعتمادات للمواد والخامات لكل البنود APPROVAL SUBMITAL يتم ارسال الحصرالتصميمي او التنفيذي إن وجد BOQ لمورد او اكثر والموجودين ضمن APPROVAL SUBMITAL SUPPLIERS ونحصل على افضل سعر بعد مقارنة عروضهم الفنية والمالية والتسهيلات في السداد ويتم تسهيل التواصل والتعاقد بين المورد والمقاول او المالك وبالمثل يتم التعامل مع المقاول الباطن للتنفيذ وبالنسبة للمورد يتم استلام الخامات من جهة المورد وتسليمها للاستشارى فى الموقع بصيغة MIR معتمدة من الاستشارى . وتقوم FIGURE بتسليم العميل في نهاية هذه المرحلة :-
1-تسعير للكميات وعروض فنية ومالية لكل مورد من كل الموردين الذين تم التواصل معهم والمعتمدين ومقارنة اسعار بين كل الموردين في شيت منفصل.
2-تسعير للكميات وعروض فنية ومالية لكل مقاول تنفيذ ومقارنة اسعار بين كل المقاولين في شيت منفصل.
3-تسليم للخامات والمواد بحضور المورد للاستشارى وعمل صيغة تسليم في الموقع للمواد MIR
FIGURE RECEIVES ALL CREDITS FOR MATERIALS AND RAW MATERIALS FOR ALL ITEMS APPROVAL SUBMITAL THE DESIGN OR EXECUTIVE INVENTORY IF ANY BOQ IS SENT TO ONE OR MORE SUPPLIERS AND LOCATED WITHIN THE APPROVAL SUBMITAL SUPPLIERS AND WE GET THE BEST PRICE AFTER COMPARING THEIR TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL OFFERS AND FACILITIES IN PAYMENT AND THE COMMUNICATION AND CONTRACTING BETWEEN THE SUPPLIER AND THE CONTRACTOR OR OWNER IS FACILITATED AND SIMILARLY THE SUBCONTRACTOR IS DEALT WITH FOR IMPLEMENTATION AND FOR THE SUPPLIER THE RAW MATERIALS ARE RECEIVED FROM THE SUPPLIER AND DELIVERED TO THE CONSULTANT ON SITE IN A FORMAT OF MIR APPROVED BY THE CONSULTANT. FIGURE delivers the customer at the end of this stage:-
1- Pricing of quantities and technical and financial offers for each supplier from all suppliers contacted and approved and a price comparison between all suppliers in a separate chit.
2- Pricing of quantities, technical and financial offers for each implementation contractor and price comparison between all contractors in a separate chit.
3- Delivery of raw materials and materials in the presence of the supplier to the consultant and make an on-site delivery formula for MIR materials

تستلم FIGURE اعتمادات استلام الاستشارى للخامات بالموقع بصيغة MIR تأتى مرحلة التعاقد مع مقاولين التنفيذ او بالعمالة الذاتية للشركة وف كلا الحالتين يتم الاشراف على التنفيذ ومتابعة الاعمال وعمل بيان اعمال لاى من الطرفين بناءا على ماتم تنفيذه ويتم استلامه في الموقع طبقا لاصول الصناعة من حهة FIGURE وبعد ذلك تسليم الاستشارى المشروع وعمل المستخلصات والمستحقات وكذلك عمل مستخلصات للعميل وتقوم FIGURE بتسليم العميل في نهاية هذه المرحلة :-
1-اشراف على التنفيذ لكل مراحل المشروع واستلامها طبقا لاصول الصناعة .
2-عمل بيان اعمال لمقاولين التنفيذ بناءا على ماتم تنفيذه وبنسب التنفيذ .
3-عمل مستخلصات للمقاولين واعتماد نسب التنفيذ .
4-عمل مستخلصات للعميل .

2-حصر للكميات الفعلية بناءا على النمذجة والموديل يكون قادر العميل من خلالها ارسالها للموردين والمقاولين الباطن للتسعير بدقة لمودرين الخامات ومقاولين التنفيذ .

2 - Inventory of the actual quantities based on modeling and model through which the customer is able to send them to suppliers and subcontractors for accurate pricing of the raw materials and implementation contractors.
