Plant observance is a crucial a part of agriculture in our country as they accustomed grow plants beneath controlled weather conditions for optimum productivity. Automating a plant observance and dominant of the climatically parameters that directly or indirectly govern the plant growth and thus they manufacture yields. Automation may be a method for dominant industrial machinery and processes, thereby substitution human operations. during this paper, plant watering and observance system technology can offer feedback to the user through smartphones or laptops. The machine-driven system can scale back the necessity for force thus reducing the error. for big scale areas, it's quite not possible for a farmer to observe the potency of the system by implementing this technology, the farmer will simply monitor the system victimization their good devices. during this system, we will water and monitor the plant victimization IOT (Internet of Things) and cloud computing. during this system, we have a tendency to use totally different modules like Arduino as controller, temperature device, wet device, wetness device, and hydrogen ion concentration device. By having information of those entire situations, one will take action consequently. we have a tendency to set the water motor within the system. in line with sensors values analyzed by differing kinds of sensors mechanically, the water Motor can get ON. and therefore the device values area unit given to ADC (Analog and Digital Converter) to be processed by the controller.
