الثقافة المجتمعية هي عمل جماعي لابد أن يقوم جميع أفراد البلدة من دون استثناء وهي تعليم ميداني على أرقى السبل المجتمعية، والتي ينبع من أعماقها احترام الأنظمة والقوانين والتي تحقق المعنى الحقيقي للانسجام والعدالة.إن الثقافة المجتمعية السامية هي التي تحترم الخصوصية، وتحترم الحرية الشخصية، والتي لا تتجاوز على الآخرين، إنها الثقافة العادلة والتي لا تفرق بين الذكر والأنثى، بل تعاملهم جميعاً بالإنسانية، وأن لهم حقوق وعليهم واجبات، وأن الله جعلهم في بسيطة واحدة حتى يتعايشوا مع بعضهم في حدود القيم والمبادئ المثلى من دون إثارة أو تخوين بل بالفطرة الربانية السليمة.

Communitarian culture is a collective action that must be done invariably by all individuals in the community. It's also a field education based on the finest community pathways from which derives the respect for laws and regulations, and the true meaning of harmony and justice is conveyed. The noble communitarian culture is an equitable culture that observes privacy and does not override individual liberty, or differentiate between male and female but rather treats them humanely as well as considering their rights and duties. In this context, communitarian culture reflects Allah's creation of one earth for all people to coexist together in the ranges of values and ideal principles away from provocation or accuse of treason as opposed to sound divine common sense.
