About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and football-obsessed Premier League Content Creator / Football News Researcher to join us on a one-month trial, with the possibility of a long-term position.
The main responsibility is to monitor the Premier League every day, identify interesting and trending stories, and turn them into engaging social media content.
This is ideal for someone who already follows Premier League football closely and understands what football fans want to see.
Responsibilities
Monitor Premier League news and developments every day
Find breaking news, transfers, injuries, suspensions, player stories and manager news
Track controversies, debates and trending football topics
Monitor upcoming fixtures and important matches
Create at least 1 piece of content per day
Create additional content on major matchdays when there are significant stories
Produce short-form videos suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Create simple graphics/posts when video isn't necessary
Write engaging headlines and captions
Quickly identify stories with potential to generate engagement
Research and verify information before publishing
Keep up with the latest Premier League developments throughout the season
Expected Output
Minimum:
30+ pieces of content per month
Daily monitoring
Additional content when major matches, breaking news or controversies occur
The exact format can include:
Match updates
Player news
Transfer news
Upcoming match posts
Results
Controversies
Statistics
Breaking news
Football debates
Trending stories
Short-form videos
Requirements
Strong knowledge of the Premier League
Excellent understanding of football social media
Experience creating TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts content
Basic-to-good video editing skills
Strong research skills
Good English
Ability to work consistently every day
Ability to react quickly to breaking news
Reliable communication
Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or similar tools is a plus.
Compensation
$200–$250 for the first month, depending on experience and quality.
This is intended as a one-month trial. If the work is high quality and the collaboration works well, we are interested in continuing on a monthly basis.

Which editing software you use
Your proposed monthly price
How quickly you can produce content when breaking news happens
How many pieces of content you can realistically produce per day
Please do not apply if you cannot monitor Premier League news consistently every day.
