Hello,

I have a FlutterFlow voice chat app project that is already around 75% completed. The app is similar to live streaming apps like Bigo Live / Tango.

I already have:

- FlutterFlow project - full Editor access will be provided

- Firebase project - partial setup done, will add you as Editor

- UI design and pages done

- Basic rooms system structure

I need a professional FlutterFlow team to review the project and complete it to production level for App Store submission.

Main things needed:

1. Full Firebase integration & security rules

2. Voice rooms + mic/mute system using Agora or similar

3. Sending and receiving real-time messages in rooms

4. In-App Purchase integration for Coins & VIP1-VIP7 - IAP only, no external payment gateways

5. Manager/Admin control panel inside the app

6. UI/UX improvements, CP page, animations, banners

7. Fixing all bugs and optimization for App Store review

8. VIP system from VIP1 to VIP7 - I already have all assets

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS - Read carefully:

- You must have previous experience with FlutterFlow + IAP + App Store submission. Share App Store links.

- Payment system MUST be Apple In-App Purchase for coins. Apple Pay or external gateways will be rejected by Apple.

- I will NOT share my Apple Developer account password. You deliver IPA file for TestFlight.

- Payment via platform milestones only: 30% after successful TestFlight demo, 70% after App Store approval.

- You must fix any App Store rejection related to your code for free.

After you review the project, please tell me in your proposal:

1. Detailed list of what is missing technically

2. Estimated completion time in days

3. Fixed total price for everything - no hourly rate

Proposals without App Store links + IAP experience will be ignored.
