2. How it Works (The 3-Step Flow)

Capture: Drivers (like Arsalan) use a multilingual WhatsApp Bot to share Live Location, Safety Photos (Tarpal/PPE), and Dispatch Slips.

Validate: The system uses AI (OCR) to read weights from photos and Geofencing to verify the truck is actually at the mine or port.

Visualize: All data is instantly pushed to a Live Web Dashboard for management to monitor tonnage, delays, and safety in real-time.

3. Key Requirements (The "Tech Stack")

Interface: Official WhatsApp Business API (via Wati/Taqnyat).

Logic Engine: Make.com (Connects WhatsApp to the Database).

AI Engine: Google Cloud Vision (For reading slip weights).

Reporting: Google Sheets + Looker Studio (The "Live Website" View).
