نظرة عامة على المشروع: نحن شركة هندسية رائدة في توزيع المعدات الصناعية نخدم منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (الأردن، العراق، سوريا). بدأنا مشروعاً للتحول الرقمي بهدف نقل عمليات التجارة الإلكترونية (B2B) من منصة Zoho Commerce إلى منصة WooCommerce عالية الأداء ومخصصة بالكامل.

يحتوي كتالوج منتجاتنا على أكثر من 5,000 منتج صناعي تقني (تتميز بمتغيرات معقدة ومتعددة الطبقات)، ويجب أن تتكامل المنصة الجديدة بسلاسة تامة مع نظام Zoho One الحالي لدينا (المخزون ، المحاسبة Books، وإدارة العملاء CRM).

الدور المطلوب: نبحث عن معماري تقني (Technical Architect) خبير ليعمل كـ "قائد استراتيجي" و"مدقق للجودة" لهذا المشروع.

لن تكون المبرمج الأساسي: لدينا مطور داخلي كفؤ يعمل بدوام كامل سيتولى مهام البرمجة اليومية، وتجهيز الخادم، وعمليات التنفيذ.

قيمتك المضافة: تكمن في تقديم المخططات التقنية، والتحقق من صحة الحزمة التقنية المختارة (Stack)، ومراجعة منطق الربط البرمجي (API) ، وضمان أن يتم هندسة النظام ليكون سريعاً وقابلاً للتوسع منذ اليوم الأول.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الاستكشاف التقني والاستراتيجية: دراسة متطلبات العمل لدينا واقتراح الحزمة التقنية المثلى لـ WooCommerce (محرك القالب، إضافات منطق الـ B2B، هيكلية قاعدة البيانات) للتعامل مع البيانات الصناعية المعقدة.

هندسة التكامل والربط (Integration Architecture): تصميم استراتيجية ربط WooCommerce مع Zoho One (المخزون و CRM) عبر REST API. ستقوم بتحديد تدفق البيانات ومراجعة كود الربط الذي يكتبه مطورنا الداخلي لضمان الأمان والكفاءة.

تصميم هيكلية البيانات: تقديم المشورة حول أفضل هيكلية للبيانات (Schema) للتعامل مع "المنتجات المصفوفة" المعقدة (على سبيل المثال: منتج واحد يحتوي على 64 متغيراً) لضمان سرعة الفلترة والبحث.

توصيات البنية التحتية: التوصية بأفضل بنية تحتية للاستضافة (VPS/Cloud)، واستراتيجية التخزين المؤقت (Redis/Varnish)، وإعداد شبكة توصيل المحتوى (CDN) المناسبة لضمان سرعة التصفح في الشرق الأوسط.

تدقيق الكود والأداء: إجراء "مراجعات تدقيق" (Checkpoint Reviews) مجدولة عند المحطات الرئيسية للمشروع (مثلاً: قبل الاستيراد الضخم للبيانات، وقبل إطلاق الـ API) لتدقيق الأمان والأداء.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

خبرة مؤسسية في WooCommerce: سجل وخبرة عميقة في هندسة متاجر تحتوي على أكثر من 10,000 منتج ومنتجات بمتغيرات من عدة مستويات.

خبرة في منطق B2B: فهم عميق لسير عمل الشركات (طلبات عروض الأسعار RFQ، التسعير المتدرج، أدوار العملاء) داخل بيئة WooCommerce.

تخصص في API والربط: خبرة في هندسة اتصالات REST API بين WooCommerce وأنظمة ERP/CRM (الخبرة مع Zoho One تعتبر ميزة كبيرة جداً).

هندسة الأداء: معرفة عميقة بإعدادات الأداء العالي (تحسين قواعد البيانات، Object Caching، وتحليل الاستعلامات Queries).

مهارات التوجيه/الاستشارة: القدرة على إيصال المتطلبات التقنية بوضوح لمطورنا الداخلي وتدقيق عمله بشكل بناء.

هيكل التعويض المالي: نفضل العمل بنظام السعر الثابت (Fixed Price) لمرحلة الاستكشاف والتدقيق الأولية (الأسبوع 1-2)، يليها سعر بالساعة (Hourly Rate) للدعم الاستشاري المستمر طوال فترة البناء (4-6 أشهر).

Project Overview: We are a leading industrial equipment distributor serving the MENA region (Jordan, Iraq, Syria). We are initiating a major digital transformation project to migrate our B2B e-commerce operations from Zoho Commerce to a highly customized, high-performance WooCommerce platform.

Our catalog consists of 5,000+ technical industrial SKUs (featuring complex, multi-layer variable attributes), and the new platform must seamlessly integrate with our existing Zoho One ecosystem (Inventory, Books, and CRM).

The Role: We are looking for an expert Technical Architect to serve as the "Strategic Lead" and "Quality Auditor" for this project.

You will NOT be the primary coder. We have a capable full-time Internal Developer who will handle the daily coding, server deployment, and implementation.

Your Value: You will provide the blueprints, validate the technology stack, review complex API integration logic, and ensure the system is architected for speed and scalability from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Discovery & Strategy: Study our business requirements and propose the optimal WooCommerce technical stack (Theme engine, B2B logic plugins, Database schema) to handle complex industrial data.

Integration Architecture: Design the strategy for connecting WooCommerce with Zoho One (Inventory & CRM) via REST API. You will define the data flow and review our developer's integration code for security and efficiency.

Data Structure Design: Advise on the best schema to handle complex "Matrix Products" (e.g., a single product with 64 variations) to ensure fast filtering and search performance.

Infrastructure Recommendation: Recommend the best hosting architecture (VPS/Cloud), Caching strategy (Redis/Varnish), and CDN setup suitable for low-latency delivery in the Middle East.

Code & Performance Audits: Conduct scheduled "Checkpoint Reviews" at critical milestones (e.g., before mass import, before API go-live) to audit security and performance.

Required Qualifications:

Enterprise WooCommerce Experience: Proven track record architecting stores with 10,000+ SKUs and complex variable products.

B2B Logic Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B workflows (Request for Quote, Tiered Pricing, Customer Roles) within WooCommerce.

API & Integration Specialist: Experience architecting REST API connections between WooCommerce and ERP/CRM systems (Experience with Zoho One is a significant plus).

Performance Engineering: Knowledge of high-performance setups (Database optimization, Object Caching, Query analysis).

Mentorship/Advisory Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical requirements to our internal developer and audit their work constructively.

Compensation Structure: We prefer a Fixed Price for the initial discovery/audit phase (Week 1-2), followed by an Hourly Rate for ongoing advisory support throughout the 4-6 month build.
