لدي عقد جاهز، وابحث عن شخص محترف قانونيا لمراجعة العقد بالنظام السعودي والتعديل عليه ان استلزم الأمر.
العقد بين المؤسسة ومكتب استقدام بالفلبين. اود تعديل عليه التالي باللغة الإنجليزية وتعديل اللغة العربية بما يخص هذا

SECTION 1 — SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (SPA)

1. Authority Limitation — Signing of Contracts
The Agency cannot enter into or sign any contract on behalf of the Employer without prior written approval from the Employer via official email or WhatsApp confirmation.
2. Authority Limitation — Submission of Documents
No document may be signed, submitted, or transmitted to any authority unless reviewed and pre-approved in writing by the Employer.
3. Non-Delegation of Authority
The representative shall not delegate, transfer, or assign this authority to any third party or substitute representative without the Employer’s prior written consent.

SECTION 2 — RECRUITMENT AGREEMENT

4. Final Candidate Approval (Interview + Deployment Control)
Reference – Section 1.2
No candidate may be deployed without the Employer conducting and approving the interview (video call), followed by written approval via email or WhatsApp confirmation.
5. Airfare & Ticketing
Reference – Section 2.1
Airfare must be economy class, and the booking must be pre-approved by the Employer.
6. Replacement During Probation (Zero Cost to Employer)
Reference – Section 2.4
If the worker fails to perform or meet expected performance standards during the probationary period, the Agency must provide a replacement worker at no additional cost to the Employer and bear full repatriation expenses.
7. Absconding or Violation of Saudi Law
Reference – Section 2.6
If the worker violates Saudi law or absconds, the Agency shall handle repatriation logistics and cost recovery, and the Employer bears no cost.
8. Removal of Joint & Solidary Liability (Legal Risk in the Philippines)
Reference – Section 5.5
The Employer shall not be responsible for any liability, claims, or legal expenses caused by Agency negligence or violations of Philippine regulations.
All legal costs in the Philippines shall be borne solely by the Agency.
9. Legal Fees & Representation
Reference – Section 6.8
The Employer shall not be responsible for legal fees, settlements, penalties, or liabilities arising in the Philippines.
All legal representation costs shall be borne solely by the Agency.
10. Auto-Renewal Removal
Reference – Section 8.1
The agreement shall expire at the end of the term unless renewed in writing and signed by both parties.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
11. Housing Clarification

Free suitable housing will be provided, and the employee may have roommates in the same room, as per normal accommodation standards.

“In case of any conflict between this agreement and Saudi Labor Law, the Saudi Labor Law shall prevail
