AC and Lights Design

I have a small residential villa renewing and maintenance for MEP in UAE/Dubai that now needs a complete, MEP design starting by:

First requirements ( Design & pricing (direct/indirect ) cost

1-AC using HAP and load calculation , ceiling fans, split unit AC points,(تصميم وتسعير تنفىذى)

2-Lighting Design with Dialux (using plugins from common fixtures in UAE) (تصميم وتسعير تنفىذى)

What I need from you is a clean, code-compliant (DEWA) set of drawings and documents .

• AutoCAD plan showing all ِAC / fixtures

• A clear single-line diagram (SLD) with load calculations and protective device sizing.

• Bill of Quantities (BOQ) itemizing every fitting, length of cable, and panel component so procurement is straightforward.

A tendering file for these

IMPORTANT NOTE: the UAE design and pricing experience must be provided by document before starting work.

Price will be for first requirement than for another scopes(Sockets- fires- CCTV …..) will be chargeable upon discuss.

•إعداد تسعير دايركت (Direct Cost) مفصل للمشروع، شاملاً الـ Breakdown لكل بند مع احتساب الهالك الفعلي وفق اسعار السوق الاماراتى.

•إعداد تسعير إنـدايركت (Indirect Cost) شامل لكافة البنود غير المباشرة والمرتبطة بالمشروع (مثل الإدارة، المعدات، المواصلات، إلخ).

•المتطلبات:

•خبرة سابقة في تسعير مشاريع MEP بالسوق الإماراتي.

•معرفة تامة بالبريك داون وتحليل الأسعار ومكونات البنود الفنية.

•دقة في إعداد المستندات النهائية وتحليل الفروقات بين السعر والتكلفة.
