Monitor internal job posting programs and ensure their effectiveness. Ensure that job descriptions are available and maintained periodically in coordination with department managers to know about any changes in duties and responsibilities for current jobs, and develop job descriptions for new jobs. Supervising the preparation of statistical reports on the flow of the applicant, his selection, promotions, transfer, termination and turnover, and recommending corrective actions when needed. - Follow up the implementation of training policies and programs, administer the training needs analysis and assessment, and supervise the preparation of the annual training plan. Supervising the development of internal training programs for new employees to become familiar with the policies and procedures. - Managing tasks related to personnel affairs, including attendance, circulars, salaries, vacations, performance evaluation, incentives, rewards, warning letters ... etc, in addition to issuing work permits for all employees and residency certificates, renewing passports, renewing licenses, visitor visas and other official papers related to employees. Analyzing statistical data and reports to identify and identify the causes of employee problems and make recommendations for their improvement.
