I am Rahma Mahmoud Mohamed, a second-year student at the High Institute of Languages and Translation, living in 10th of Ramadan City . I have six months of experience in Sales, where I developed strong persuasion and negotiation skills, achieved targets, and handled customers professionally, in addition to one year of experience as a Call Center agent managing calls, solving problems, and providing support. I also have three months of experience in the nutrition field and hold a General Nutrition Certificate from Ain Shams University. Alongside this, I work as a content writer, capable of summarizing books with high accuracy and producing well-structured academic research. I am skilled in creating and managing Facebook Ads campaigns, passionate about marketing, sales, and customer interaction. I speak German at a good level and English at a basic level. I am a fast learner, self-driven, and able to work under pressure while continuing to develop my skills. My goal is to join a professional work environment where I can add value, support business growth, and gain further experience in sales and digital marketing.
