هذه قائمه المهام التي اقوم بها بشكل يومي في شركه الخطوط الجوية

1.Provide support in developing flexible dashboards to share customer insights across teams and departments

2.Develop and deliver as requested KPI measurements, dashboard, and regular reports with observations, analysis, key findings and recommendations that will help the department in understanding its business and operationalizing action plans for improvements

3.Propose process improvements relating to insights generation and delivery on CRM

4.Be the main source of information on best practices and competitor research insights with a clear focus on benchmarking studies and development plan

5.Understand the business priorities, requirements and outcomes concerning performance and talent management activities from HR and business stakeholders to support the ongoing performance and talent activities

6.Support the digital marketing function in driving the revenue targets, penetration and cost efficiency targets. by providing accurate and insightful reporting, setting up the right data flown between components, the correct tracking and attribution mechanisms

7.Leverage data from a variety of sources to analyze business performance, identify areas of opportunity, and provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders

8.Effectively communicate with team members major updates and news concerning creation of new datasets, development of new dashboards, new analytical enhancements, system fault, etc.

9.Respond to Ad-hoc analysis requests and effectively communicate findings, develop visualizations, insights and ideas to key decision makers and stakeholders to drive strategic business decision making.

10.Help design and deploy strategic frameworks, including tools, templates, and Tableau dashboard and communication approaches to guide and implement the commercial planning process.

11.Assist in scaling up the usage of visualization tool across the organization
