Duties in the Project:

Responsible for coordinate between all departments in project and head

Office and responsible for the Following activities:-

• Monitoring and controlling the project’s scope of work and distribute the tasks between my team and all the project departments

• Attending all top management meetings to display the status and the requirements of the project

• Preparing detailed schedule for the project Package Calculated by cost and man-hours.

• Preparing of progress reports and needed reports on Primavera.

• Monitoring and controlling the project’s Cash flow and the difference between revenues and expenses

• Preparing of Project Budget.
