A Software Engineering Manager with 20 years of international experience, creating responsive, intuitive, high performing, state-of-the-art web applications, by leveraging cutting-edge technologies guided by Waterfall & Agile Methodologies, and an automated CI/CD pipeline. In my most recent position at Astra Tech, I led a team of Engineering Managers in designing the Architecture for Astra Tech’s new Ultra platform, after which I was designated senior technical project manager for implementing a new CRM, where I managed a team of PMs, Business Managers, and Engineers in developing an integrated Omnichannel in MS Dynamics 365 for Customer Service directly connected to our suite of apps using chatbots, IVR, Live Chat, WhatsApp, and a dedicated digital Botim customer service messaging channel, which, upon launch, aims to decrease customer service backlogs by 70%. In my previous position at Accela, I mentored and led a team of engineers and designers as team lead, where I have significantly improved organizational & technical scalability, user experience, and UI/UX design, culminating in a 100% increase in user satisfaction, 50% increase in product performance & efficiency, and a 75% uptick in development to deployment time.
