I took UTW 11 diploma from ECG, I’m professional in AutoCAD, revit,CSI etabs, safe, primavera(p6), primavera risk analysis, Microsoft office( Visio-excel-word-PowerPoint-outlook…), structural design.

I’m one of a team who establish & Implement project management office (cost control department).

My duties:

- Monitor & control Project budget

- compare between subcontractor invoices with actual cost and control them

- Prepare cost coding system for projects

- Prepare many forms of reports to enable us from monitor and control the projects. - prepare workflow charts

- revise price of subcontractor

- create cost breakdown report for items

- review & prepare subcontractor & owner invoice

- monitor & control material and manpower costs

- Ensure that projects expenditures are captured

• Understanding Projects BOQ, specifications and drawings and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them

• prepare procurement & engineering schedule

• Create activity lists, WBS, resource dictionary

• prepare baseline and update it on P6

• prepare histograms & s-curve

• prepare weakly reports

• make progress reports

• prepare recap sheet

• Make time evaluation
