اسمي مصطفى ، أنا من مصر وعمري 31 سنة.

لقد تخرجت من كلية التجارة. لدي 7 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال خدمة العملاء ، وكانت أول 3 سنوات منهم في مساعدة كل من العملاء العرب والأمريكيين عبر الهاتف ومن خلال البريد الإلكتروني.

في عام 2016 ، بدأت العمل عن بعد كوكيل خدمة الدردشة المباشرة في Globalegrow ، واحدة من أكبر شركات التجارة الإلكترونية في الصين.

بعد 6 أشهر ، رقيت إلى منصب قائد فريق في الخارج وكان وصف وظيفي هو مساعدة ودعم الوكلاء الجدد وتعليمهم سياسة الشركة وقواعدها.

My name is Moustafa, I am from Egypt and i have 31 years old.

I have been graduated from faculty of commerce. I have 7 years of experience in the customer service field, the first 3 years of them were in helping both of Arabic and American customers over the phone and through email support.

In 2016, I started to work remotely as a live chat service agent in Globalegrow, one of the biggest E-commerce companies in China.

After 6 month, i have promoted to be overseas Team Leader and my job description was help and support the new agents and teach them the company's policy and rules.
