• Prepare Mechanical Action Plans and Review Schedule of Works.

• Allocate Resources Needed (Manpower, Tools, Sub-contractors etc.).

• Review Updating Budget of Mechanical Activities and Compare Against Actual Expenditures.

• Follow up with Engineering and Review Drawing.

• Follow Up with Procurement, and Review Quotations.

• Follow up with Workshop and Fabrication Stage of Project Components.

• Prepare Inspection requests for Mechanical Items Works and Submit to Consultant.
