Leading Recruiting Activities

Supervise and coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and on boarding new employees.

Manage Employee Relations

Supervise and address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required. Communicate with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed. He also assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.

Administration

Manage the cost control on all admin and camp related expenses.

Management assistance in stationary utilization and requirements.

Monitoring and maintenance of all company assets, facilities, building, vehicle and equipment’s.

Ensure compliance to administration quality process.

Ensures compliance of requirements for the Health and Safety of the human resources, compliance with legal requirements and preservation of the environment.

Ensure the cleanliness and housekeeping of all premises and plants are maintained.

Responsible for staff & labour accommodations, security management, Housekeeping and maintenance related issues in all offices & sites.

Public Relations

Ensure reduction to zero penalties – no impose fine/penalty within the year.

100 % visa utilization.

Ensure time delivery of service requirements

Quick actions and attention / settlement to PR related matters.

Ensure compliance to public relations quality process.

Other functions

Providing support to management in decision making to resolve unexpected changes/modifications in HR & Administration Policies and Procedures.

Providing support to other departments for minimize administrative expenses, effective utilization of resources etc.

To ensure that the HR Strategy and Organization Structure are commensurate with the business strategies of the organization. To ensure that the vision and mission of the organization are met in accordance with HR policies and guidelines.

Ensure punctuality in all offices, sites by maintaining proper attendance monitoring system.

Ensure timely submission of HR Monthly Report.

Compliance to safety, health and environment in place

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Help other management team members prepare for audits.

Review all Organizational Development activities e.g. training plan, organization charts, policies and procedures, manual, forms and etc.

Approved and signed documents as per Authorization letter.
