•Responsible for managing 7 agents for the company in Upper Egypt .
• Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
• Recruiting and training sales staff and Allocating areas to sales representatives.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.

Distributing goals to agents and branches according to the percentage of each of them.
• Conduct periodic visits to agents and branches and follow up on their needs.
• Follow up on achievements daily to ensure goals are achieved by the end of the month.
• Follow up on annual sales growth indicators and develop the necessary plans to achieve this.
• Organizing and distributing tasks to area managers and then supervisors, delegates and promoters based on the established plan.
Holding periodic meetings with delegates, supervisors, and unit managers and reviewing what has been accomplished.
• Directing and following up the work team in implementing the plan established for the sales areas.
• Continuously training and developing the work team.
• Increase, attract and attract customers that are more new and open new sales channels.
• Classifying customers into sales areas according to (withdrawals / product display / market area / geographical location).
