My experience in top emergency operations with the United Nations for eight years has shaped my social conflict
analysis skills, improved my strategic thinking and resulted in my building a strong network with the governments' decision
makers in a highly professional manner. In addition to my analysis reports skills and risk management strategic plans, I enjoyed my recent experience as an academic researcher and international conflict analysis since 2021 with high
prestigious Universities in the UK. Through my Master' programme journey in the Science of International Conflict and Cooperation, I assigned to be the Programme representative to facilitate the students' experience during their learning
journey and to cooperate with the programme coordinator and the faculty's panel to address the challenges and set
up the best possible solutions to facilitate the dilemma the students might face.
Luckily, my field mission into high tensioned and top emergency missions made me involved in De-conflict committee for the Middle East conflict and exposed me to successful records in fund raising, project management,
advisor planner and Donor relations experience. The exposure I had in the UN made me
confident and qualified to experience another interesting journey when I established a non-governmental
organization in Jordan end of 2020 to be my first domestic work experience in humanitarian and social
development projects. I was the co-founder and the Executive director of the NGO which is specialized in
the “Artificial intelligence” field. Also, I worked as a social conflict
analyst with Trubshaw Cumberlege-UK. I took advantage of my UN field experience to merge it with the
valuable knowledge which I enjoyed throughout my study of political theories and how to analyze
international conflicts through various approaches. I’ve strengthened my capacity to critically analyze and
assess the efficiency of the different conflict resolution approaches. I developed a professional capacity to
apply a thematic approach to conflict resolution in line with the international organization’s role in order to
focus on conflict prevention and management based on geographical areas. I boost my knowledge in the
development projects and regulation of conflict in consideration of unusual factors like shortage in natural
resources/climate change and forced migration. Give attention to the contemporary dilemmas
surrounding the politics of climate change negotiations, environmental and resource conflicts, civil war
and ethnic tensions, human rights, humanitarian intervention, global security and international political
economy while managing the assigned projects. Luckily, I’ve advanced reasoned arguments supported
by relevant information and applied new methodologies of critical thinking and quality assurance. The key
element of my success is mainly linked to “soft skills”. My experience in the conflict resolution field,
international relations and humanitarian projects proved that the strongest skill is; professional
communication ability as a core tool used to put people’s different demands and interests into an
agreement.
I established a project for air logistic support concerned to transport the diplomat and the humanitarian representative into Yemen to facilitate the relief and the humanitarian aid projects. The project available upon request.
Please note that my master’s dissertation research specialized in Jordan’s public and foreign policies that
are changed due to its social fabric which is constructed by the effect of coercive migrations in the region.
