- إتقان إستخدام جميع برامج الOffice.
- تفريغ و تحويل (ملفات الصور ,مقاطع الفيديو ,الملفات الصوتية, ملفات PDF ,الدورات التدريبية إلخ..) إلى ملفات Word قابلة للتعديل بأقصى دقه و سرعة مع مراعاة أي تنسيق مطلوب.
