Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration.
- Lead Manpower Planning (MPP) and oversee hiring processes for white-collar and managerial positions.
- Source top talent using diverse channels, platforms, and professional networks.
- Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screenings, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through strategic job postings, resume screening, and targeted outreach.
- Enhance candidate experience by maintaining professional communication and timely feedback.
- Represent the company at job fairs and career summits to attract high-Calibres
- Review and optimize recruitment policies to enhance efficiency, hiring quality, and retention rates.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to improve hiring outcomes.
- Design and facilitate Assessment Centers to evaluate candidates' competencies through structured exercises, role-plays, and
simulations, ensuring objective and data-driven hiring decisions.
- Conduct Competency-Based Interviews (CBI) to assess candidates’ skills, behaviours’, and past experiences, aligning talent
selection with organizational competencies and role requirements.
- Conduct exits interviews and analyse data to provide insights for improving employee retention and workplace culture.
Organizational Development (OD) responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, ensuring role clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and update the organizational chart to reflect reporting structures and workforce planning needs.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure employee and organizational performance effectively.
- Develop Competency-Based Interview (CBI) forms to ensure standardized and objective hiring decisions.
- Create and implement a comprehensive competency framework, covering core, functional, and leadership competencies to enhance
talent development and performance management.
