CRUD menu-driven program

This program serves as a Mini Employee Management System that allows users to perform basic operations such as creating, reading, and updating employee records. The menu provides the following options:

1. New: Add new employee data, including ID, name, and salary, with validation to ensure that each employee ID is unique.

2. Display: View all employee records added so far.

3. Modify: Update an employee’s details by entering their unique ID.

4. Exit: Close the program.

The program emphasizes robust data validation, intuitive user interaction, and efficient handling of employee records. This was one of the most challenging tasks I’ve undertaken, and it greatly enhanced my problem-solving skills, programming knowledge, and understanding of how to implement a practical application in C programming.
